Rod Framed Filter Application
Rod Frame Filters are widely used in fan coil units, air conditioning systems, and refrigeration equipment. With a slim profile of approximately 6mm, these filters offer effective protection for internal components by capturing dust, dander, and other airborne particles. Ideal for maintaining airflow and reducing system wear, they are a practical choice for offices, hotels, retail spaces, and other commercial environments.
Construction of a Rod Framed Filter
Our Rod Framed Fan Coil Filters consist of a synthetic, poly foam or polyester carbon impregnated media stitched into a sturdy wire frame. Ribbons or pull tabs can be added to a specified side to allow for easy removal from units.
Rod Framed Fan Coil Filters can be ordered in a range of bespoke sizes to match your system. ‘W’ frame filters are also available.
The poly foam media variant can be washed and reused multiple times, helping to reduce waste and running costs.
