High Efficiency Pleated Panel Filters Grade M5, M6, F7 and F8
High Efficiency Pleated Panel Filters provide medium to fine filtration in grades:
- M5 to EN779 (Tan Pleats)
- M6 to EN779 (Green Pleats)
- F7 to EN779 (Pink Pleats)
- F8 to EN779 (Yellow Pleats)
The High Efficiency Panels media is thermally bonded to a galvanised steel support mesh and pleated to provide a large surface area for improved airflow while maintaining the the high level of filtration. Our High Efficiency Pleated Panel Filters are available in Standard and can be manufactured to your specific Non-Standard Sizes.

Filter Application
The Fine to Medium Grade Pleated Panel Filters provides a fine to medium level of graded filtration.
Generally, people use High Efficiency Pleated Panels in environments that require a higher level of filtration, such as homes, offices, and hospitals.
Additionally, where space is an issue, Fine to Medium Grade Pleated Panel Filters provide a great alternative to large pocket bag filters.
Construction of a High Efficiency Panel Filter
The High Efficiency Pleated Panel Filter contains fine to medium graded media that is thermally bonded to a galvanised steel support mesh. Then the media pleated to provide a large surface area for improved airflow while maintaining the the high level of filtration.
The different grades of the pleated media are usually the same colour:
- M5 Grade = Tan Coloured Pleated media
- M6 Grade = Green Coloured Pleated media
- F7 Grade = Pink Coloured Pleated media
- F8 Grade = Yellow Coloured Pleated media
We offer High Efficiency Pleated Panel Filters in Standard sizes and can manufacture them to your specific Non-Standard Sizes.. Also manufactured with a metal surround frame.
