Synthetic Filter Media Description
Synthetic Filter Media is a resilient media made from synthetic fibers to create a fabric. this created a tight mesh of fibres which allows air to flow though but catches large particles.
The media can be ordered to the required size as cut pads, or as a complete roll which can be cut to size.
Applications for Synthetic Filter Media
Synthetic media is best used in scenarios which require a good level of filtration, with low air flow, for example a kitchen cooker hood or pre-filters for HVAC. If a filter media like these are not properly installed and maintained, the equipment will be in contact with more dust and grime causing over heating or breakdown.
Synthetic Filter Media can be paired with one of our pad holding frames to crate an easily reusable full sized filter.
The metal pad holding frame can retain a disposable Synthetic Media cut pad. This type of system makes it easy to remove the disposablke media while also removing the need to dispose of the whole filter when only the core element of the filter needs to be disposed of, thus providing the most economic solutions in terms of storage, handling and disposal.
